After you sign up for trash service, your container will be delivered to your residence within 24-48 hours. Our containers are 96-gallons and are provided to our customers for free. Residential trash service is weekly and containers should be placed by the curb before 6:00 a.m. the day of pickup. Bulk pickup must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Bulk trash includes items such as televisions, mattresses, chairs, couches, etc. Call customer service at (804) 222-7070 if you have any bulk items that need to be discarded.

To acknowledge these holidays and to allow our employees to spend time with their families we do not provide service on:

    •  New Year's Day
    •  Memorial Day
    •  Independence Day
    •  Labor Day
    •  Thanksgiving
    •  Christmas

Trash service will be delayed 1 day during these holidays.
